Terry Lyne Loveless, 48 of Harrison Tennessee, was arrested for trafficking drugs after police initiated a traffic stop on Old Dalton Road Tuesday.

Reports said that officers clocked Loveless speeding and when they began questioning him he was giving inconsistent travel plans.   Police said that a search was then initiated on his vehicle.

During the search officers said that they were able to find a black bag 2.5 ounces of meth and a plastic bag containing a white, crystallized substance, $475 in cash, a digital scale, a syringe with a white substance, and a $5 bill containing a green leafy substance. The officer also found a pill bottle containing  over 40 Hydrocodone tablets that did not belong to him.

Reports added that Loveless told the officer that he was with the  DEA, making drug bust for them.

Loveless is charged with concealing the identity of a vehicle, driving on a suspended license, possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with the intent to distribute, cocaine trafficking, defective speedometer, failure to main tain lane and speeding.
