Billy Wynn Pinkard, 17 of Rockmart, was arrested this week for allegedly stealing a 4-wheeler from a home on Leslie Lane in Silver Creek.
Reports stated that Pinkard stole Yamaha Big Bear 4-whleeler on September 23 of this year.
He was later found by Polk County Police driving the stolen 4-wheeler on the highway.
Pinkard is charged with felony theft by taking.
