Larry Eugene Powell, 46 of Lindale, was arrested on Wednesday after he allegedly assaulted an elderly woman at a home on Strawberry Lane.
Reports stated that Powell grabbed the woman by the head and pushed her during an altercation. Reports added that Powell then “walked toward the victim in an aggressive manor, putting them in fear of violence.
Powell is charged is simple assault and battery.
