Joshua Franklin Reynolds Sr, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he threatened to kick a woman in the face and then punch her teeth down her mouth.
Reports added that Reynolds also allegedly ripped the straps off of her pruse.
Police stated that when they arrived to the scene Reynolds attempted to run away.
Reynolds is charged with obstruction of law enforcement, criminal damage to property and terroristic threats and acts.
