Rome police arrested 33 year-old Bobbi Nicole Vickery, of Norcross, Thursday after she allegedly tossed cigarettes over a fence at the Rome Floyd County Recycling Center to inmates who were on work detail.
Reports stated that when officers confronted Vickery she was found to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe and several bags of suspected methamphetamine.
She is charged with giving prohibited items to inmates, possession of meth and possession of drug related objects.
