Kelvin Lamont Holmes, 40 of Rome, was arrested Tuesday for allegedly attacking a woman in front of two children.
Reports stated that Holmes intentionally made provoking contact with the female victim while in front of two young children.
Holmes is charged with simple battery, two counts of cruelty to children and parole violation.
