Gregory House, 31 of Rome, was arrested on Wednesday after police spotted him riding a bicycle down the road around 3:30 in the morning without a light.
Reports stated that when he got off the bike he placed a smoking pipe with suspected methamphetamine on the ground.
House is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug-related objects and riding a bicycle without proper equipment.
