Jonathan McCurdy, 19 of Bartlett, Tennessee, was arrested in Rome for stalking a woman back on Monday.
Police stated that he placed a woman under surveillance without consent then made contact with her with the intent of harassing and intimidating her.
Reports added that communication was done via text messages and emails after being told to stop.
McCurdy is charged with stalking.
