Pablyto Yunior Sisneros, 24 of Rome, was arrested on Wednesday after a woman said he strangled her and held her against her will at a home on McGee Street.
Reports stated that Sisneros strangled the victim until she was unable to breath. The victim said that when she tried to leave the home and that Sisneros would not allow her to.
Sisneros is charged with aggravated assault and false imprisonment.
