Joseph Ryan Cave, 35 of Rome, was arrested Friday after a search of Cave uncovered suspected methamphemine in his glasses case and a make shift pipe with synthetic marijuana inside at his Blacks Bluff Road home.
Cave is charged with possession of meth, possession of synthetic marijuana, and possession of drug related objects.
