Ernest Isaac Smith, 42 of Rome, was arrested over the weekend for burglarizing Harbin Clinic, Reports stated that Smith allegedly broke into a building in an attempt to steal $60 .
Reports stated that Smith allegedly broke into the building on Wednesday and Thursday last week.
He is charged with felony second-degree burglary, two counts of criminal trespass and theft by deception.
