Corun Jaron Sellars, 29 of Rome, was arrested at Food Lion on Monday after police said he was belligerent and causing a public disruption.
Reports added that once officers arrived on the scene Sellars refused to comply with numerous commands from officers.
Sellars is charged with loitering and obstruction of law enforcement.
