Jason Larry Childers, 41 of Rockmart, was arrested in Rome over the weekend after he allegedly sexually assaulted a minor.
Reports stated that Childers had inappropriate physical contact with a minor between June 1 and August 1 of this year at a location in Cave Spring.
Childers is charged with sexual battery.
