Zachary Taylor Worsham, 25 of Rome, was arrested at a home on Bethel Chruch Road after he allegedly attacked a man and then prevented him from calling for help.
Reports stated that Worsham pushed the victim and then proceeded to take and break his cell phone when he attempted to call 911 for help.
Worsham is charged with hindering a person making a 911 call, criminal trespass, simple battery and probation violation.
