A Lindale man was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with breaking into his former home on Conns Lake Road earlier this month, reports stated.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Richard Jackson Thomason, 57 of Lindale, was arrested this week after police said he broke into a home on Conns Lake Road September 12nd.
Reports stated that Thomason forced his way into the home after he had been previously evicted on August 22nd.
Police added that Thomason stole jewelry from the home. The items were later recovered from another location.
Thomason is charged with burglary.
