Chiquita Maria Ward, 27 of Rome, was arrested on Monday after police said she scratched a person’s vehicle with a knife.
Reports said that Ward caused over $2,000 worth of damage to the vehicle.
Ward is charged with felony second-degree criminal damage to property.
