Robert Naeshun Ware, 34 of Rome, was arrested after police said he threatened a clerk at Ricks Hi Tech gas station, saying he was going to “cut him up”.
Reports said that a verbal altercation started with the clerk when Ware grabbed a knife and told him that he was going to cut him.
After officers arrived on the scene and began to question Ware, he allegedly started to walk away from them. He was quickly caught by several officers on the scene.
Ware is charged with terroristic threats and acts, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and obstruction of law enforcement officers.
