Terry Allen Lee Maddox, 30 of Rome, was arrested at the Rome Parole Office on Marable Way this week for carrying drugs in the center with him.
Reports said that offices found liquid epinephrine, a Schedule II controlled substance in Maddox’s backpack.
He is charged with felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.
