Brett Taylor Stephens, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after he made contact with a woman who had a restraining order against him at a home on Wynnie Road.
According to Ofc. Brittney O’Bryant, Stephens also hit the female victim in the head with his fist before pushing her to the ground.
Stephens is charged with aggravated stalking and simple battery
