A Rome couple, Kenneth Franklin Robbins, 54 and Becky Louise Robbins, 53, were arrested at their homes on Radio Springs Road over the weekend after a domestic altercation lead police to discoverer drugs.
Reports stated that officers were sent to the home and when they arrived they saw Becky Robbins hit her husband. The officers then stated that she continued to act in a violent manor toward her husband as officers began placing her under arrest.
Officers then found marijuana and numerous diazepam pills on Kennneth Robbins.
Becky Robbins is charged with simple battery and disorderly conduct.
Kennth Robbins is charged with felony possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and failure to keep drugs in original container.
