Rome Police are investigating a burglary at a home on East 15th Street in which burglars stole numerous popsicles.
Reports stated that the resident told police that she noticed multiple items throughout the home were not where she left them.
She also told police that the rear door had been forced open. The door frame was broken and the door had several muddy footprints on it.
The resident also showed police where someone had urinated on the toilet seat of the home. The officer said that he took the urine sample and entered it into evidence.
The resident told police that only the popsicles, which are valued at $2 was missing from the home.
