Joseph Weldon Hubbard, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he was found loitering around McHenry Primary School early Tuesday morning.  Reports stated that Hubbard gave them a fake name at first.

A search of Hubbard uncovered methamphetamine, marijuana and numerous Oxycodone and Hydrocodone pills.

Hubbard is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with the intent to distribute, felony possession of schedule two narcotics, along with charges of contempt of court, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of drugs not in an original container and misdemeanor providing police a false name.
