Joshua Adam Casey, 38 of Rome, was arrested at a home on Beech Street this week after he allegedly physically attacked a woman in front of a child.
Reports said that the victim sustained “substantial bodily harm”. They added that the attack occurred in front of a four year-old child.
Casey is charged with battery and cruelty to children.
