Bradford Kenneth Carter, 41 of Rome, was extradited from Chicago to Rome this week to face serious chargers. Reports said that Carter forced his way into a home on Avenue B last New Year’s Day.
According to warrant information, Cater stabbed a female victim multiple times in the chest and arm with a knife. Carter then allegedly struck the victim in the head and face resulting in permanent injury to her eye.
Carter then took, by force, a 32” television before leaving on foot.
He is charged with first degree burglary, robbery, aggravated assault and aggravated battery.
