Maurice Warren Burton II, 47 of Rome, was arrested on Monday after reports said he grabbed a woman and left ‘visible bodily injury’. Reports added that he also held a knife to the victim’s throat and threatened her.
Burton is charged with felony terroristic threats and acts and battery.
