Rome Police reports said that they were dispatched to Petland on Turner McCall Blvd recently in response to a man who allegedly exposed himself inside the store. Reports said that the man, described as a black male wearing a gray T-shirt and carrying a red back pack exposed his genitals to an employee.
Reports added that the store employee went to ask the suspect, identified as Andre Donn Holiday, if he needed any help. She said that is when Holiday turned around his pants was below his genitals and s hands inside his underwear fondling himself. She added that Holiday asked her to come “help him with fish in the back”.
Store employees said that was when the suspect left the store. He was later found at a nearby McDonald’s. The store employee then requested that police not press charges.
