A 23 year-old homeless Rome man, Brandon Lee Ballard, was arrested this week after police said he broke into a business at 1511 Dean Avenue. Reports said that Ballard said he found a pair of bolt cutters lying on the ground and used them to enter the building.
Reports said that police found Ballard walking away from the building when he arrived.
He is charged with felony burglary.
