Rome police arrested two men at Riverside Toyota after they were allegedly spotted attempting to steal tires. Reports said that when police were searching Randy Len Warren, 58, and Jeffery Eugene Warren, 55, they also found drugs in their vehicle.
Both were arrested and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor theft by taking, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug-related objects.
Jeffery Warren was also charged with obtaining a license plate with the attempt to conceal the identity of a vehicle.
