Police arrested Dakota James Thompson, 21 of Rome, Tuesday after he was accused of having sexual relations with a 15 year-old female at Grizzard Park.
Reports said that the two were found nude in the back of Thompson’s van at the soccer friends in Grizzard Park.
Reports added that a used condom was found in the van.
He is charged with statutory rape, enticing a child for indecent purposes and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
