Robert Walter Jones, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said became angered and hit a picture frame in front of an elderly woman and two children. Authorities said that Jones cased the elderly woman and children to experience excessive mental anguish from fear.
Jones is charged with exploitation and intimidation of an elder person, two counts of second-degree cruelty to children and criminal trespass.
Jones caused all three excessive mental anguish and fear of physical harm.
