A Georgia man was arrested in Cherokee County recently for child sexual abuse charges.Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver said that 24 year old William Cody Steed of Rockmart, was charged with sexual Abuse of a Child Under the Age of 12.
Steed remains in the Cherokee County Detention Center and is being held without bond. The case is under investigation by the Cherokee County Major Crimes Unit.
