Tannis Jermaine Hall Jr., 19 of Chattanooga Tennessee, was arrested in Rome Thursday after police said he was found in a stolen car. Reports said that Floyd County Sheriff Deputies found Hall on Elliot Drive with the stolen vehicle.
Reports added that back on March 12 Hall was found looking into cars in the Garden Lakes area. They went on to say that he allegedly had a gun on him at the time. A search of the vehicle that Hall was in uncovered the suspected weapon.
He is charged with theft by receiving stolen property, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and misdemeanor loitering.
