Wanda Kay Scott Clark, 65 of Rome, was arrested on Tuesday by Floyd County Sheriff Deputies after being accused of hold a knife while threatening to kill a man who was cutting the grass at her Trentwood Place home. Reports said that the alleged acts occurred on March 16, 2016/
Clark is charged with terroristic threats and acts.
