Shericka Niesha Finley, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week for allegedly using an elderly woman’s check to pay for her power bill and other personal goods.
Finley is charged with three counts of felony cruelty to persons 65 years or older, four counts of misdemeanor theft by taking, four counts of fourth-degree forgery and theft by deception.
