Pamela Lynn Choat, 56 of Rome, was arrested this weekend after she allegedly crossed the county guard line at the Floyd County Jail with drugs without consent. Reports said that Choat carried a Schedule II controlled substance, Hydrocodone, inside the jail.
She was also charged with crossing a guard line with drugs, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, drugs not in the original container, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and failure to appear.
