Dennis Wayne Hall, 22 of Lindale, was arrested this week following an incident on February 7th that saw him hold a woman against her will. Reports said that Hall and the victim were in a car at the intersection of Cave Spring and East Main Street when he refused to let the woman out of the car.
Hall then allegedly repeatedly smashed her head on the dashboard. Reports said that he committed the assault in front of a 2 year-old and 9 month-old child.
Hall is charged with false imprisonment, battery and two counts of third-degree cruelty to children.
He is also facing criminal trespass, willful obstruction of law enforcement officers and probation violation charges.
