Lee Tyler Veatch, 34 of Summerville, was arrested in Rome on Tuesday for numerous drug and weapon charges. Reports said that Veatch allegedly was driving a vehicle with suspended registration, license and no insurance when it left the roadway.
A search of the vehicle uncovered methamphetamine, oxycodone and marijuana. Officers also found a loaded 12 gauge shotgun with the safety off.
He is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of meth, possession of marijuana, driving a vehicle without registration, driving with suspended or revoked license, and driving without insurance.
