Police County police arrested James David Bray II, 40 of Rome, for a burglary that occurred on Christmas Day. Reports said that Bray broke into Ball Metal Beverage container and stole $4,651 worth of tools and copper wire.
Police said that he has since returned some of the items, but still has over $3,123 worth of items.
Bray II is charged with second-degree burglary and theft by taking.
