Spencer John Wills, 22 of Rome, was arrested on Thursday after police found numerous drugs in his pants. Reports said that Wills was a passenger in a car being pulled over for speeding on Alabama Highway when officers uncovered four bags of cocaine, two ecstasy tablets and a bag of marijuana.
Wills is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.
