A Floyd County Superior Court jury reached a not guilty verdict in a child molestation case. Reports said that Jantzen Remone Fletcher was acquitted last week on charges of child molestation and sexual battery.
Fletcher was arrested on July 14, 2015 for allegedly touching an 11 year-old.
He was represented by a public defender.
