Angelique Kristen Phillips, 22 of Rome, was arrested Thursday on Fortune Street after police found two syringes, one filled with suspected liquid methamphetamine, along with a bag of marijuana.
Phillips is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
