Tyrus Devon Spivey, 26 of Rome, was arrested over the weekend after police said he assaulted three women before pointing a gun at them. Reports reported that Spivey was allegedly attacking a pregnant woman near a North Broad Street convenience store when the women attemptedto help her out. Reports added that Spivey then pursued the vehicle with the women before shooting a gun at them.
Spivey is charged with three counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and two counts of simple battery.
