A third arrest has been made in a Thanksgiving theft. Reports said that Ryan Fricks, 20 of Silver Creek, was jailed over the weekend after being accused of stealing a single mother’s clothing from a laundromat on Thanksgiving Day. Reports said that Fricks, along with Crystal Fricks, 18, and Jesse Milner, 20, were captured on a security camera stealing the victim’s clothing as she left for a few minutes to go back home and cook Thanksgiving dinner. Police said that the stolen clothing belonged to a special needs child, and have since been returned.
All three suspects are charged with second degree burglary, theft by taking and criminal trespass.
Floyd County Police said that they ‘are appreciative of the outpouring of support for the victim, not only with information about the identity of the suspects but in the generosity of neighbors to replace the child’s clothes that were stolen. ‘
