Steven Dale Grisham, 27 of Rome, was arrested on Tuesday after police spotted him spray-painting a Jeep. Reports said that not only did police spot Grisham vandalizing the vehicle, but also attempt to steal the hubcaps.
The alleged incident occurred on Spring Creek Street.
Grisham is charged with criminal damage to property and entering an automobile.
