Two inmates at the Floyd County Jail, Daniel Jacory Williams, 23, and Ariel Marcallis Wright, 26, were found to have weapons on them inside the facility. Reports said that the men were allegedly found with ‘sharpened objects’ that could be used as a weapon.
Both were charged with felony attempt to commit an offense pertaining to possession of a weapon by an inmate.
Williams was initially arrested on December 16, 2015 on charges of simple battery and probation violation.
Wright was arrested on December 3, 2015 on charges of criminal trespass and probation violation.
