Rome police arrested Nico Minardos London, 31, on Sunday after reports said he lied about his identity. Reports said that London was shot at Rambo’s Sports Bar and Grill located on North Broad Street back on November 8th and was taken to Floyd Medical Center for treatment.
Reports added that he not only gave police, but officials with Floyd Medical Center, a false name, birth date and address so that he would not be billed for his treatment.
London is charged with felony theft of services, identity theft and giving a false name, address or birth date to a law enforcement officer.
He was arrested on Sunday, November 29th on East Main Street.
