Justin Lee Huston, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after a female victim said he tied her hands behind her back and repeatedly hit her with a USB cord. Reports went on to say that the cord caused numerous cuts to her shoulder. She added that Huston also kicked her in the shoulder and abdomen.
Huston is charged with felony aggravated assault and parole violation, along with misdemeanor family violence battery.
