Ernie Davis, 55 of Aragon, was arrested in Floyd County this week after his probation officer found a shotgun in his home. Report said that Davis is a convicted felon and is not permitted to have guns.
Davis is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and a probation violation.
