Jakyra Monet Edmondson, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she exploited an elderly and disabled woman out of $4,000.
Reports said that Edmondson, without authorization, transferred the money of the victim to her account using Cash App.
Police stated the victim has been confined to a wheelchair since birth and depends on her funds for everyday expenses/
Edmonson is charged with financial transaction card fraud and exploitation and intimidation of the elderly and disabled.
