Robin Lynn Thayer, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she attempted to mislead a police officer during their investigation.
Reports said that Thayer gave officers a fake name and date of birth as her own while being questioned.
Thayer is charged with giving false information to police and probation violation.
